Hatcher Baker are a micro-bakery operating out of their home in Fitzroy North. They make really delicious sourdough! On this glorious winter’s day in June we will work together to serve you breakfast. The plates will showcase not only the wonderful bread from Hatcher but the simple yet adventurous ferments of Ultra Culture.
