Shipping

  • We try our hardest to get to your order ASAP. Sometimes when there is just one of us in the workshop it may take an extra day or two to fulfil your order. If it is going to take any longer we will always contact you and let you know.

    We are in the kitchen workshop Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. When you place an order we get it prepared the next day we are in. Usually..

    For example, if you place yourself a lovely order on Monday then it should be prepared and ready to go out on Thursday. If you place another order the following Sunday then is will most likely be packed on the Monday.

    Occasionally but not often if you place an order on a Monday, Thursday or Friday we may not get to it until the next day we are in.

  • Ultra Culture HQ exists somewhere deep in the belly of Brunswick.

    You will receive an email when your pick up order is ready to be picked up. But please please please pick it up. Sometimes people forget to pick up their pick up and it just sits around getting pushed to the back of the shelves. It's up to you to pick up, people!

    Pick-up from 3A Talbot St (rear 327 Victoria St) Brunswick on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 10-4pm or organise with us directly about other times you can cop.

  • International customers must email us at hi@ultraculture.com.au.

  • We will pack and ship your order within 3 (three) business days of it being placed. Hopefully… We ship our domestic retail parcels using Australia Post standard service. If you have a wholesale order we will courier it to you, at your expense.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to any other planets but our beautiful mother earth.

Refunds

  • If within 14 (fourteen) days of fulfilment you're not 100% satisfied with any of our products we will happily offer you a replacement or a refund.
