Tucked away in the back streets of Brunswick lies this hidden gem - our fermentation workshop, spiritual home and our very special kiosk. We invite you to a realm of culinary exploration and creativity inside the colourful cocoon.
Here, we host very special guest food pop-ups, lacto-fermented hot sauce classes and just generally lean in to the idea of the kiosk being a constantly evolving, consistently inconsistent movable feast.
We are excited for you to come find us and see it for yourself!

Our Kiosk is availble for private events. We offer a variety of catering, unique to each occasion. Ranging from smaller parties with a grazing table, larger groups with more substantial food, or bespoke catering jobs.
