A new space for Brunswick

Tucked away in the back streets of Brunswick lies this hidden gem - our fermentation workshop, spiritual home and our very special kiosk. We invite you to a realm of culinary exploration and creativity inside the colourful cocoon.

Here, we host very special guest food pop-ups, lacto-fermented hot sauce classes and just generally lean in to the idea of the kiosk being a constantly evolving, consistently inconsistent movable feast.

We are excited for you to come find us and see it for yourself!

FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT

Come rain or shine, hell or high water, event or no event, our Kiosk will be open for you:

•Fridays 9am - 3pm•
•Saturdays 12pm - 8pm•

Fridays are for building your own sandwiches. Choose from gorgeous cheeses, cured meat and fish and of course a selection of kiosk-made pickles, ferments and other rotating oddities. All assembled inside a slab of our very own house-baked focaccia.

On Saturdays the vibrations change slightly as the Kiosk becomes a casual watering hole where wines are poured alongside small plates of simple, effective food with which to enjoy them.

The Kiosk also hides in plain sight our gift shoppe. A small yet comprehensive collection of kiosk-centric items centred around the themes of ambiance, aesthetics, food and of course, fermentation.
